Services include expert grading and seeding, hydroseeding within optimal seasonal windows, complete landscape removal for a fresh start, and hardscape construction such as patios and retaining walls (available in Boone and surrounding areas). Every job begins with a detailed site assessment to ensure the final result meets your vision and enhances your outdoor space.
Our Services
New Lawn Installations
- Grading and seeding new lawn areas at residential or commercial building sites
- Includes removal of construction debris, correcting drainage issues, and fine grading to establish seed bed areas, in addition to seeding or sodding new lawn areas
Lawn Restoration
- Fixing smaller areas of an established yard disturbed by activity such as utility work, building construction, tree removal, or septic installations
Hydroseeding
- Priority is given to seeding projects during appropriate seasonal windows
- Typically available in Spring (April-May 15), Fall (August-September 15), and Dormant Seeding (November-December, after ground temperatures have dropped low enough for seed not to germinate)
Landscaping Removal
- When an existing area needs a “clean slate” – remove existing landscaping shrubs, blocks, retaining walls, mulch, etc.
- Includes digging out shrubs or other existing landscaping feature, hauling debris, and restored to customer preference (new lawn, landscaping or other use)
Gravel Area Maintenance & Restoration
- Grading existing graveled areas, with or without addition of new gravel
- Estimates can be provided upon survey of area
Patios, Retaining Walls or Other Landscaping Construction Projects
- Limited to Boone and surrounding areas
- Onsite assessment of property is required before estimate will be provided
- Estimates and assessments will be conducted as time and circumstances permit – it is recommended to call at least 4 to 6 months prior to desired project completion timeline
